I lived there for 3 yrs fm. 2020-2023 . Neighbors were great, roads ok w HUGE speedbumps, full of very old MH's but when they changed ownership and raised rent by $200 in little over 1 & 1/2, then added garbage fee for an off city location I moved. Owned by MH manufacturer now and I think they are running people out so they can install and sell new units...just my 2 cents

They have a new manager that takes his job seriously. He's turning around the bad reputation this place has had. I forsee editing my review within a few months to leave a better review.
