As a truck driver, I expect basic respect when entering a facility to do my job. Unfortunately, my experience with the security guard, Inderpreet Singh from GardaWorld, was very disappointing. His manner of speaking to drivers was disrespectful and unprofessional. I hope this issue is reviewed by management.
Very poor experience with the security guard at Cargill. The way Inderpreet Singh spoke to truck drivers was disrespectful and unprofessional. Truck drivers come here to do their job and should be treated with respect, not spoken to in a rude manner or told that they are not drivers. Management should take this feedback seriously.
I had a very disappointing experience with the security service at Cargill. The security guard, Inderpreet Singh from GardaWorld, was disrespectful and unprofessional toward truck drivers. Drivers deserve to be treated with basic respect and professionalism. I hope management looks into this issue and improves the way drivers are treated at the facility.
