Typical shop that will lie about how much work it’ll take to unscrew two screws. They wanted to charge me over $1,000 to replace a coolant bypass valve on a RAV 4 saying that they need to take the A/C system out and that it’ll take them more than 6 hours of labor. Good thing I call the Toyota and they fix it for free since I didn’t know it had a recall and it took them two hours to repair it.
I’ve been taking all my vehicles to Garcias for 5 years or so. They’re the most honest and fair shop in Chicago. Miguel and the crew are fast and competent with better pricing than just about any other shop I’ve used. Highly recommended!
Antifreeze flush
I waited through Labor Day weekend for the part to come in. Brought it back at 8am on Tuesday and they told me it would be ready by 1. I asked if it was possible to get it done by 11, and they called me at 11:02. Excellent service! Works great.
They were amazing with my 2014 Dodge Dart when I was in the middle of my work week! With two broken parts & still got it fixed on time!!! Absolutely approve!!!
