Customer service good, was able to get my car in and done in a timely manner. Tint came out with no problems.
I brought my truck in to get the windshield tinted, and unfortunately, the shop scratched the glass during the process. They tried to fix it using a scratch repair method, but the damage is still very visible. On top of that, they also scratched my wife's windshield when tinting hers. This seems to be a recurring issue, as multiple other reviews mention the same problem—improper cutting techniques and using too much pressure, which results in scratches or even cracked glass.
