Miss having Garcia's in Normal. A step back in time going to Champaign.
*update* First time ordered and was very disappointed. They messed up on our order and was late and the driver gave us someone else's pizza. The pizza was ok but nothing special enough to do business again. Rating went from 3 stars to 1 star. Placed an order around 3:00 for a half and half pizza. They got it wrong and I had to wait over 2 hours. *New update* I ordered a pizza without Parmesan cheese and still got it with it and the owner was supposed to do something next time I ordered, well today I called and seen if I had ... read more
Been eating Garcia's for years. Ordered medium Gutbusters pan, well done. Love the sweet, yeasty crust (focaccia like), always a good amount of tomato sauce, maybe a little more cheese. With the Gutbuster there is a different combination of the 4 ingredients in every bite. The business is hanging in there. Slice and salad nice lunch combo.
