Terrible service, these people don't know what they're doing. Take your car somewhere else. It's better to pay a professional. We sold you an engine in perfect condition and your inexperienced mechanic ruined it. Even though we knew it was the installer's negligence, we respected the warranty and gave you a full refund. We only asked for the original copy. I don't know what fraud you were trying to pull off, and 2 days later you put a bad review. If your specialty is diesel, stick to that because they know nothing about BMW.
