Horrible place to bring your children. I brought my son a couple times for testing and was told I would be contacted with a diagnosis. Never heard back from anyone. Emailed the office and called several times on different occasions. Very dissatisfied with their services and do not recommend them. San Antonio counseling and behavioral center is better.

I couldn't get through to the office to make an appointment. I called and emailed several times over a 2 week period. I moved on to another provider.

My daughter was being seen here and days and appointments kept changing. I was told that I would get a reminder call or text since the appointments don’t stay the same. This never happened so she missed her appointment. I’ve been calling and emailing for weeks now trying to get her back in and no one will respond. Horrible customer service! I definitely do not recommend.

Brenda and team are very professional and polite her communication with patients is professional and polite. Brenda is the best she is always on top of returning my calls if I need to reschedule and answering any questions I might have. Office is clean and cozy , they provide snacks and coffee for us . Definitely recommend you don't always get front staff welcoming you with a friendly smile . Thank you
