I would not recommend this shop, and I would especially caution AAA members about allowing their vehicle to be towed here. My 2021 Chevy Malibu broke down and was towed by a AAA tow truck driver to this location in Rosenberg. I did not choose this repair shop. When my vehicle was dropped off, I was not provided with clear contact information for the business, a business card, a phone number, or instructions explaining how I was supposed to contact the shop regarding my vehicle. Went for rear main seal leak , messed up my whole tranmission , truck turning off now , gauges dont work no more , engine over heating , santos garcia good work !
First time going to this mechanic. I needed to replace my car's spark plugs. I'm young and a woman so I was pretty nervous going in alone. But the staff treated me with respect, allowed me to bring my own parts, gave me a fair price ($80 for labor), and the entire experience was just under 1 hr. So far my car is running even better than before.
