AWEFUL experience! Horrible customer service. There is so many details to this story, but basically my car went in for blown head gaskets, and was in the shop from around beginning of May, to the end of July. I went in multiple times and texted to keep the communication flowing. Jose was not easy to get ahold of. I even went in to the shop for updates and was not successful. Never take your vehicle to this place. They stole everything out of my truck and broke my back window. They cleaned out my glovebox and console, they even stole all my paperwork from the hidden compartment under the back seats. They stole hundreds of dollars worth of stuff. They also kept the new parts I bought, and reinstalled all the old parts. They broke a vacuum hose and left several other vacuum hoses unattached. I live in Arizona and my wife went on a photography trip up into Oregon. I was a little worried about her being on her own but she’s very independent and I knew she’d be OK. About two weeks into the trip we got a check engine light came on on a Saturday it was an issue that we had previously but and had it fixed and all was good before her trip.
