This business is extremely unorganized and unprofessional. I had a washer that was serviced by them three maybe four months ago. The washer started acting up again. They gave me a 90 day warranty that I did not take advantage of, but I did give them a call back on Friday September 5, 2025. I made an appointment for Monday, September Eighth, They took my information and I was told I was going to receive a phone call when someone will be out to come look at it. I manage 6 rentals and we use Garcia's when we need a good, affordable appliance. Only once has there been a problem with one of the stoves, they came out the next day and fixed it. Delivery and taking the old appliances saves me from having to handle it myself.
