These are the nicest people to do business with. Needless to say they are expert. I had a puncture on the edge of an expensive tire. I thought I would have to replace all four because of the all-wheel-drive on my car. James said no problem, repaired it right away, and I was on the road before long. And…someone else had looked at it and said it was unrepairable. Good thing I checked with Garcia.
I am a travel nurse from out of town. I found myself with a flat tire and not knowing where to go for assistance. I read very good reviews for this Garcia Tires, ( Arroyo Seco) so I chose to go here.I went and was treated with courteous professional service! The young man who pulled the nail and patched my tire forgot to return the spare to the underside of my car. I didn't notice until a day later. I returned to have the issue corrected. I took my truck in to Garcia Tires in Arroyo Seco on 10/15/24 because I had a nail in my tire. The receptionist was very sweet and they took my truck in right away. Nicolas and James fixed my tire and filled up the rest. They were efficient and professional. I give them 5 stars. Thank you for your great customer service!
Francis and James took great care of me in my 20K GVW step van with 19.5 tires and I will surely be returning to the arroyo Seiko Garcia for any of my tire and wheel needs going forward.
