The majority of the employees here could not care less about the customers. Took my car in for an issue recently where my "low oil level" light was on. I had checked when it came on and added oil to bring the level back up on the dipstick, but the light was still on so I brought it to Garcia. These people had my car for 4 days, finally telling me they observed the oil level to be low and added some. I now have a damage report on my car from when I asked the advisor to check a sound out when driving slow < 10 mph. The tech drove my car way beyond 10 mph and hit the boost pressure 19.1 psi. Do not bring or buy your Subaru from Garcia north. This place does not look out for you.

Tried to come in for a walk-in service for my power lift gate, they told me to come early the next morning for a shorter wait. I got up in the morning to go, and now the person there says they can't check that type of problem out on a walk in. Waste of time, get your employees on the same page.
I’m not really super bothered by it because I was planning on changing these anyways, but I really don’t like being lied to. They green checked both my wipers and air filter on their point check that was complimentary with the oil change. Photos show the state of both of those things. I really don’t think they did the point check at all which is why I paid more to have the dealer do the oil in the first place.
