terrible experience! they wanted to charge me $100 for a 8$ error they created! i thought Subaru was a trusted company. Flagstaff Subaru would have never! they're usually my first choice and I figured since I'm here. horrible choice. it took them over 3 hours for an oil changed and missed tire rotation (when the error was created). I don't usually wait longer than an hour in Flagstaff. the only good thing was Frank my shuttle driver. do yourself a favor go elsewhere.
