I had my thermo control valve replaced at this Subaru dealership under warranty, which included a coolant flush. Shortly after the repair, I discovered a major coolant leak and had the vehicle inspected elsewhere. It was determined that an O-ring had been crimped during the repair, causing the leak. While mistakes can happen, this should have been caught during the multi point inspection before the vehicle was returned to me. Took my Subaru to the dealership we bought it from to get serviced. They spilled oil on the engine. I understand accidents happen but it was not handled well. When we first picked the car up, we were told it was cleaned up the best they could and to drive for a few miles but it should fade quickly. I drove it home and parked it in our garage and a ton of smoke was coming out of the engine. Our entire garage and house now smell of the oil smoke. I called and requested they clean it again. Their technicians know their cars, and when my repairs have taken more than a day they've always put me in a courtesy vehicle.
