I had a good experience with Garcia & Sons Roofing Company. Brad explained in simple terms that shingles can get wet during normal roofing work and that this does not damage the roofing material. The crew also replaced the window as part of the repair and clearly pointed out that the low spot was related to an existing tree issue and the original structure of the home, not the new roof installation itself.
