I gave it one star because there is not choice. But they deserve zero star. The guy they send me is a crocked. He over charge me. Want me to be passing things to him like if I was his assistant. Didn't have some tools he need it and me to provide for him. Took some parts of the refrigerator that he replace which I believe was nothing wrong with it he just replace it with a use one he had.
