Moved in from out of town. CeCe and Jessica were absolutely brilliant: kind and helpful. The apartment is gorgeous! Update, 1 + years later: I am incredibly grateful for the help and kindness of Garcia staff: rental office, maintenance, front desk. They are a magnificent group of people. Mollie Bliss Mollie was amazing. She helped us buy our house and sell our condo and nothing ever slipped past her. She was super proactive, always advocating for us, and incredibly knowledgeable. If something came up that needed checking, she had already asked about it by the time she told us and was already working on an answer. Her communication was the perfect balance. We purchased our first home with Joe and Pam Warmbrodt’s assistance in 2024, and they were very personable and had a lot of experience so we felt like we were making a good call in having them as our realtors.
