We had such a good experience with our agent, Angie Maniscalco. She *is insightful, responsive, and really made us feel great about buying our first home. And just fun to be around 😊 we could not recommend her more
Don’t waste your time, they are more worried about their commission than selling your house timely. I waited almost a year before I had to pretty much sell it myself. The sales lady Jenifer seemed to have no knowledge of the industry at all, disappointing.
Bridgette Fyvie represented me in the sale of my Princeton Heights home and I can’t imagine the process going any better! My 90+ year old home had a few things come up on inspection that needed to be cared for quickly. Bridgette had contacts for everything. She coordinated getting some estimates and even met up with the companies when I couldn’t be there. She was very communicative during the process and honest in her feedback. I highly recommend her!
We love working with Aileen! She is so attentive, very detailed oriented, and extremely communicative. Her experience is evident which makes the entire buying and selling experience a breeze. We have worked with her on buying our second and now third home and we can’t imagine working with anyone else. We will be lifelong clients of Garcia.
A quick close turned into 7 weeks with twists and turns we never expected, but Courtney Kestermont was with us every inch of the way. I'm sure we would have never crossed the finish line without her. Thank you Courtney & Garcia Properties!
