Had a great experience working with the Garcia team and my agent Todd Shasserre. Todd was very knowledgeable of the south city area, and together we found a house that fit all my needs. He even helped me find financing after my original loan company fell through literally a week before closing. Overall a great experience purchasing my first home, and working with Todd and Garcia Properties felt good knowing they had my back every step of the way.
I had the honor of being the loan officer for one of Todd Murray's clients. Todd provided all required information and insured all tasks were being completed in a timely manner. Any client would be fortunate to have Todd represent them, whether that's a buyer or seller.
Aileen Garcia doesn't back down from her values, she doesn't quit, and she delivers. We are a couple in our 70s and were relocating to California. I spoke to Aileen the day of the tornado in late May. I told her I wanted our home in Benton Park to be under contract by June 20 as I was doing my apartment search in California at that time.
