I am a disciple of the religion of Dave Nall. I shout his name from the rooftops. My only concern is that I am referring him to so many friends, that eventually he will be too busy to help me with my new home purchase. I don't know that I would feel confident in buying a new home if Dave is not there. In all seriousness. Dave is more than a realtor. You would be a fool to consider anybody else.
When we decided we were ready to buy a home in the City in 2019, Dave Nall came highly recommended from close friends. Our previous experience selling our first home had left us with a lackluster impression of realtors overall, and Dave immediately set an extremely high bar for anybody we might work with later (although we honestly hope to never work with anybody but Dave if we can help it!). Arin at Garcia Properties was so great to work with! She helped us buy our home and was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and organized. Garcia Properties was also great as a home buyer since they had a document that outlined all the steps and would prove very useful for first time home buyers.
