Honest and friendly We took our minivan in for service at Garcia Honda. The staff were professional and helpful. They were able to diagnose the problem and even found out that Honda was aware of the problem/defect and thus performed the repair at no charge. I appreciated Garcia Honda's Honesty.
Exceptional Service I recently went in for a 30K service on my 2012 Crosstour. The staff was exceptional. I felt welcome and the repairs were completed on time and within the estimate. I would strongly recommend this dealership.
Excellent customer service! The staff here is awesome! They are genuine with trying to help you get a car-not like your usual car salesman(or woman!). They are always cheerful and ready to help in all aspects-sales, repairs, phone, everything!
rude sales staff is rude! Managers are worse... I wanted a Honda, but I will never go in this dealership again. I guess they think they can treat you however - people will buy there cars. not me!
