Front desk employee can’t be bothered to be helpful or polite. Also crazy how you can stop accepting new Medicaid patients when Medicaid is still assigning them as a pcp.

After a few years without a primary care doctor, I found myself in the ER with some serious health concerns and I was told I was in urgent need of a primary care doctor. Dr. Garcia worked me in for a same day appointment and treated me with the concern and care one would expect of a doctor who had been seeing them for years.
