I was given this law firm's phone number by an acquaintance that owns another law firm in the same building. I called to see if they provide free consultations to review my situation and see if it’s an applicable case. A woman answered and was extremely rude. She did not answer with any professionalism. I was not even sure if I had dialed the correct number. I asked her if they provide free consultations? She quickly told me No, and then hung up. Completely unprofessional and a little disturbing for a law firm.
Extremely rude and unprofessional, I wouldn't want them handling a cellphone claim.
