NEVER EVER! In 2019, Dr Juan Garcia was recommended to me by a colleague. I went in for diabetes management. Blood work was done and I was asked to be a on strict protein & veggie. No problem. He also put me on Metformin, Ozempic, some heart medication for prevention, and farxiga. I had a reaction within day 1 of taking meds. I moved away in March, 2023 and when I left he still had the office in Harlingen where my grandfather was going for healthcare. I too was one of Dr. Garcia’s patients now losing over 100 pounds since moving to Austin and not going to his practice. Dr. Garcia is definitely an excellent doctor but his staff was terrible. Today I had to call the Brownsville office to locate some medical records I need and no one has even returned my calls or completed the task.
