I had 3 surgeries by Dr. Garcia. He is very kind, professional. After having breast cancer a second time and needing a mastectomy with reconstruction after my consultation with my general surgeon Dr. Mortensen who is amazing also. I felt I was in good hands with both my doctors. I was always treated with respect, kindness and never felt rushed.
