Roxie was professional, knowledgeable, and patient as she walked me through my options. She took the time to ensure I understood all the details and helped me secure the policy that perfectly fits our needs. Her customer service was outstanding, and I truly appreciate her support. I highly recommend Roxie to anyone looking for insurance assistance as she does go above and beyond.
If it was possible to assign 0 out 5 stars, I would do so. The receptionist exhibits a very unprofessional attitude, and Roxie, one of the insurance agents, is even more disappointing than the receptionist. I contacted the company to arrange payment and obtain insurance for a building because I am employed by a firm. In particular, Roxie needs to pursue further education regarding etiquette and telephone manners. Great Service. Very Nice People
Very impersonal, a lot of the communication is via automated emails. They miss key details that are relevant to your policy. Most recently, they offered me a renewal for homeowners insurance that had 150% increase in premium without any discussion of potential options to reduce the premium. I was able to find a similar policy with another agency that was 1/2 the cost of the renewal option provided by Garcia
I enjoyed dealing with Garcia Insurance Services. Ms. Roxie Gillion was very helpful with assisting me with a very less expensive insurance policy. She was patient and knowledgeable with the policies all insurance company provides. Mrs. Roxie service was always timely, pleasant, and she went beyond her customer service. Thank you for your professionalism, excellent service, and consideration of my insurance needs. I recommend this company and I hope we can continue doing more business in the future.
