The receptionist exhibits a very unprofessional attitude, and Roxie, one of the insurance agents, is even more disappointing than the receptionist. I contacted the company to arrange payment and obtain insurance for a building because I am employed by a firm. In particular, Roxie needs to pursue further education regarding etiquette and telephone manners.
