I approved the estimate amount on the text and sent the Service & Parts Specials” for the discount. When we picked up the car the service rep. Gave us attitude about the specials. He added it but added a misc charge for more than the discount. So we ended paying $15 more. Maybe that’s not a lot for the dealership but it shows how dishonest they are. We have 2 infinity vehicles and have been getting g service since 3016. now I will be trading it in for something else. The service has steady declined over the years.
