For starters, this so-called 'doctor', shouldn't have a rating at all. In fact, he shouldn't be allowed to be a doctor. In 2021, I submitted a formal written complaint about Diego Garcia to the College 0f Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO). Garcia responded to CPSO with outright lies. Further, I haven't been able to get a family doctor in Arnprior since.
