Update from my previous review: We paid for the work supposedly Jose did but when we paid, he told us he was helping his brother get his business off the ground and we actually needed to pay his brother for doing the job. We did not hire his brother plus we were not made aware of this arrangement. Another problem we ran into was they were made aware of us wanting the down spouts to have grates put in and that drainage was very important to us but they missed a downspout. I would not recommend working with these guys. They took full money and never came back to complete small pending jobs. When I call or text, obviously no reply. I texted them saying I will write a public review and they are like "How dare you" attitude and the owner started shouting. They don't stick to their words. Had told me they will add steps, and they did not. Now they are asking for proof. Very dishonest and arrogant.
