If I could give ZERO stars I would. Horrible company, never shows up, and lies about what is going on. I rearranged my whole schedule and HOUSE for them to come clean and stretch my carpets Friday morning, the guy that came said he was only supposed to clean. He left, no one ever came back. I called multiple times same day, was told they would be there - never showed. Same thing Saturday. Monday comes, they hire someone else to fix carpet, he RUINS my carpet!
