I took my truck to this shop just by googling a mechanic near me. I have a check engine light on. After explaining how a previous mechanic failed to get the 02 sensor fixed I was assured it would be fixed. Their communication is horrible. I dropped my truck off at 9am and I had to call them at 5pm to hear that the sensor was bad but nothing had been done to the truck. Damn, I thought I told them about the sensor. I would stay away from this Company ,This business is very shady. I ask if I could bring the vehicle in that morning to have a starter done on the vehicle and ask specifically and if it could be be done the same day because if was Friday , I was told yes . The vehicle sat till Monday stop by Monday at at 9am nobody at the shop . The mechanic called the Ower we spoke briefly over the phone he was very very nasty and was upset I was there to ask about the vehicle instead of calling. I would stay away from these guy and their towing services. Rumors around town that they have stolen numerous customers cars( especially rare modified Hondas) out of people driveway with their tow trucks. They will stalk your car and next thing you know, it’s gone. It will eventually catch up to these guys. Im just waiting for these criminals to get caught !!
