Our basement flooded due to rapid snow melt and torrential rain. Belfor came in promptly to assess damage and begin clean up and restoration. Would like to thank Gerry and Rick and in particular Neil Pitman for professionalism in making a bad situation run smoothly .

Peter and Stella Zahradnik would like to thank Brittany Freeman, Contents Manager, and Neil Pitman, Content Managers Assistant for their dedicated and caring service for looking after us after a fire at our residence. They were always there when we needed them to make sure we had everything we needed. Our thanks go out to these two very dedicated and kind people.

The recent ice storm flooded our basement. These guys have been great. Punctual and reliable. Big shout out to Neil who dealt with our contents. Could not have been a smoother nor easier experience for us.

We just had our basement completed after our flood.we would like tothank belfo for doing such a great job.We would especially like to thank Evan Beary for all his hard work it was done very professionally and our basement was left spotless after he was done. Thanks Evan for all your hard work.

We had water damage caused by our sump pump and our insurance company arranged for Belfor Property Restoration in Collingwood to contact us. Matt Lougheed called and arrived to our home immediately taking pictures of the whole basement as damage was throughout. Matt explained what would take place in the next few days of their services. A team of staff arrived the following day logging all items going into storage, a dumpster arrived on site, removing of all laminate flooring, Carpeting, damaged drywall were removed.
