Had a slow leak from my hot water tank, Troy and Mike were originally very responsive, came and inspected the damage, said Mike could get someone in later that week. From there it was like pulling teeth to get a hold of anyone, I’ve sent multiple emails, calls and texts over a month. Left messages at the office as well. They looked after my flooded basement flawlessly. Arranged the furnace replacement, removed, catalogued & cleaned all the contents. They even held onto our stuff for an extra week while we got the space ready for it to be returned. They also dealt with the insurance company for us. Great experience from start to finish.

Chris as a project manager was very responsive, respectful, resourceful, friendly, professional and always went the extra mile. The team was appropriately staffed, did great work, moved things forward as quickly as possible, and always left things tidy and clean in between work.
