Couldn't be Happier We researched several pergola companies for our project and are thrilled we found Garbrella. They were extremely easy to work with - both for us and our contractor who even mentioned how pleased he was with the information and assistance received from Ray. The pergola looks beautiful now installed. The only reason for a 4* and not 5* review, is the communication regarding shipping could be improved. From start to finish, Garbrella Pergolas and Ray Yoder delivered an outstanding experience. Communication was easy, every question was answered quickly, and the craftsmanship of the final pergola is truly top‑notch. I’m extremely happy with the quality and overall service from Garbrella. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pergola
We are very happy with our Tuscany Freestanding Pergola. It is a good product and great people to work with.
I ordered a custom pergola. After many emails back and forth to get it designed, it arrived. It's rather large and took 4 days to complete. That timing did not include the bases. It's beautiful and high quality. We had 70 MPH winds yesterday and it didn't budge. Can't say that for the rest of the yard. Anyway, would highly recommend them. Easy to work with and a great product. So happy.
From start to finish…great experience with Garbrella and the 12x16 pergola I ordered. Color and design samples received made ordering easy, and the support I received from Ray (sometimes daily) during my DIY installation was comforting and invaluable. It’s difficult to find honest and personable companies like Garbrella.
