The service department here is great. I have an older car, a pontiac, not even made any more, but they do a good job make sure she's ready for the road.
I had my vehicle in today for a routine inspection. All my personal affects had been moved, thrown on the floor boards and not put back after apparently attempting to locate my wheel lock. Center console completely out of order. Sensitive documents removed from my glovebox and left out on my passenger seat with the windows down and key inside the vehicle. Not once did they come to me in the waiting room and ask me where to locate my wheel lock. It was sitting right in the glove box, in it’s original bag. Very unsettling to t... read more

The staff was friendly helpful and professional! I would recommend them to anyone! I look forward to my next visit.
The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the fact my car is never done on the time I’m promised with whatever service I bring it in for. Other than that I’m always happy with the friendliness of the service staff.
