I brought my car in after noticing it was shaking on the highway. Scott was incredibly attentive, clearly communicated throughout the process, and showed genuine empathy regarding my financial situation. He got me in and out quickly and took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on. I truly appreciated the excellent service!
I have used Garber Nissan Service for several years. Ben is as knowledgeable and accommodating as you would want you mechanic to be. He keeps you informed and does not judge if you don't want to or cannot afford to do the service recommendations. I know many people, myself included at one time, do not believe they can afford to service their car at a dealership. I bought a year old Nissan from Garber, the sales team was great and I love the car. However when I took it in for the first oil change they gave me a list of recommended maintenance for $6000. I was baffled and they didn't explain why or how urgent they were. I couldn't afford it so I denied them for the time being. Then I went in for my next oil change, expecting to hear I needed the same maintenance and was prepared to ask what maintenance I should do first.
