Very slow service! 2 months to get blazer back after hitting a dear. No loaners are available. They blame GM but no concessions ever offered! Car dealers just don't take care of customers like they used too.
Don't bother coming here for anything other than routine service. I took my car in that I purchased here for a litany of problems and was told the part I needed for repairs was back ordered. I took my car back and after a YEAR still hadn't gotten a call. Finally HAD to take my car in because it wouldn't hold a charge and got a new battery, but they didn't fix ANY of the other problems I mentioned and told me the vehicle was 'fully repaired.' Yes the guys at Garberr are great
They called and said my car was finished. I tried to pick my car up, the hood ajar light was on, it was low on coolant, parts were missing, the windshield solvent was applying to the wrong windshield and parts were broken. I took it back in with a lost of things that still needed to be fixed and received a call that it was fixed. I stopped in to see pick it up again and the repairs had not be completed again.
