I recently had the pleasure of needing repairs to my vehicle. I unfortunately did not have much of a choice of where to take my vehicle as It was a claim made by my place of employment due to damage from a parking garage. We have had two cats in due to accidents. Great experience working with the team. Easy process to b get quote, work with insurance to get claims, and they make sure to address any concerns..
Very slow service! 2 months to get blazer back after hitting a dear. No loaners are available. They blame GM but no concessions ever offered! Car dealers just don't take care of customers like they used too.
Don't bother coming here for anything other than routine service. I took my car in that I purchased here for a litany of problems and was told the part I needed for repairs was back ordered. I took my car back and after a YEAR still hadn't gotten a call. Finally HAD to take my car in because it wouldn't hold a charge and got a new battery, but they didn't fix ANY of the other problems I mentioned and told me the vehicle was 'fully repaired.'
