Work done on time in cordial manner
I was pushed for time personally and was scheduled as early as possible for my appt. I showed up early in hopes of them running ahead of schedule. I was taken care of professionally and swiftly to the point of leaving the dealership 11 minutes before my appt. That included being set up for a loaner car. I appreciate the service advisor, Candelario, providing such great service and care to my situation.
A friend referred me to this location and I decided to go in after reading good reviews but didn’t have a positive experience. As mentioned by some other customers - be careful before you agree to accept the recommendation of service department for your car at this location. I called to get a cost estimate for break fluid flush. The service advisor told me you can’t do break fluid flush alone. We will have to do replacement of break pads and rotors as well.
