Mr. Garber is a very good lawyer. I was arrested on a false D.w.i. in Pemberton township New Jersey. The cops booked me. I am a commercial truck driver. I don't do drugs or alcohol. And I was still arrested, I didn't refuse. I blew 0.0 twice. I also was telling the police to take me to the hospital they didnt take me for a toxicology exam when i got out of jail i went on my own less than 72 hours no drugs in my system blood exam . Mr.Garber is the best attorney I ever met!!! I was facing some charges that would have made me lose my license and facing heavy fines he worked on my case and even talked to me giving me heads up on my up coming court dates he told me not worry and not only did he make sure I was comfortable every step of the way he got all mycharges dismissed if you need an attorney don't hesitate to use Mr. Garber you won't be disappointed at all thanks again for everything!!!!!

Steve, that’s my man! If you need a lawyer he is the one to hire! I have CDL was charged with 4 counts! 2 of them being with a result in a lose of license for a year, IDRC classes, an interlock and surcharges which meant for me NO job for a year (no CDL) the job I have been doing for 11yrs. Which also would have lead To a result of another company or the company I worked for not keeping me! I walked away with reckless driving when I could’ve been convicted with a refusal and DWI! Mr. Garber is by far the best Lawyer I have ever come in contact with. I would recommend him to anyone I came in contact with who needed help in NJ. I had a unusual case that he was able to find a resolution to that I am thrilled with. You will not find better!!!!
