They have the best service department I have ever experienced with a dealership. They get us in quickly and have friendly, helpful service. The last time I had them recheck to make sure everything was alright with our minivan and it all checked out. They did not charge me since they were checking something they had recently worked on.
I have a Wow God story that involves a few service men in the Mopar service center in green cove springs. A few days ago my son found out a brand new tire had shredded on the inside. He barely had enough money to cover the cost of another tire and then when he arrived at the tire center that was selling in the tire they announced that they couldn't find the key to unlock the rim! Will not Honor Maintenance plan they sold me,sold us a 3 oil change plan got the first one went back for the second guy at counter gave me Lip, took there paperwork to There Quick Lane they would not Honor got ripped off .took car to oil change place in Fleming island they were done faster than it took these folks to reject me on the service plan they sold me Buyer beware I don't think it's the Dealer ship as a whole they just have lazy bad apples working the counter
