My review is only for the service department. I can’t recall the person’s name I dealt with but it took weeks to figure out what was wrong with my vehicle and they kept telling me different things they had to do to the car. It was an overly long process and I spent more money than I should have. I ended up just picking the car up and getting the issue fixed somewhere else because of how inconvenient the whole process was.
Gaber Chevrolet service center has a very welcoming environment. Friendly staff . The wait times for service was what would be expected for the service that was requested. Met the service manager and he was friendly and prompt with any questions I had .
