Mitchell Chapman, was very professional and helpful. Took really good care of me and treated me well. My car was fixed pretty quickly after parts ordered on a Friday. Resolved on Monday. I appreciated my truck being washed and vacuumed out.

Gaber Chevrolet service center has a very welcoming environment. Friendly staff . The wait times for service was what would be expected for the service that was requested. Met the service manager and he was friendly and prompt with any questions I had .
Chevy Parts guy was rude. Would not give part number over the phone. I guess that's so you have to buy their part at marked up rate. What they don't understand, is that I would have done business with them for helping me, if the price would have been competitive. They for sure lost a potential customer for parts and vehicle sales. Edit-11/30/2021 Just bought a new truck from a dealer not Garber.
