We live in Key West so we were looking to buy a vehicle in Miami and Garber came up for whatever reason. I noticed a sputter in the idle (purge valve stuck open) ....called Garber and the best Asst Serv Mgr (3741) ever, returned my call & scheduled for the next days service. The service @ Garber is unbelievable. A loaner vehicle was available for us to use and that speaks volumes to their attention to detail and it is appreciated. I have had excellent experiences at Garber Buick GMC. Jude in service is amazing! She is super sweet and always willing to help. My email address in the computer was one that I do not normally check, so I did not get to fill out past surveys. But, I would have given them all a 10 as well, and also said that Jude is amazing!
From the time we purchased our 2005 Hummer last year till our recent repair both sales and service were a pleasure to deal with. During the purchase not only did the sales rep deal with us but the used sales manager always came out to greet us. My truck needed a repair done, must say Jim in service was fabulous to work with, I didnt have to call him, he kept in contact with me and I knew I was in good hands. Great experience, would purchase from them again.
