The food was absolutely cold and the service was horrible! My friends and I went at dinner time expecting some really good warm bowls. Instead, they told us they ran out of 50% of what we wanted to add to our bowls!! After we were checking out, I noticed the guarantee policy so I asked about it since the size of our bowls was so minimal from them running out of stuff during prime dinner time (also NO ONE was in the place and no one came in while we were there) and we weren’t sure if the bowls would actually taste good. Decent food but way more expensive that I would have expected. Won't go back because of that.
Absolutely perfect experience. AJ was a charismatic and patient server. I was able to get a falafel salad and a gyro stuffed pita. Every Aspect of the food was well seasoned and balanced. It was ample portion, and because of AJs attention detail we for sure will be coming more often. Give him a raise, he deserves it!! Keep up the great work, with this kind of quality of service and food, Chipotle has steep competition!!
