Garaventa lift in Prattville, Alabama, is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The customer service is non-existent. Over a year ago, our elevator quit working despite having called many times to have it serviced. No one ever answers the phone. You never get a return call after leaving numerous messages. They finally sent someone out to fix it and charged $1228.00 to replace a fuse. 3 days later, it quit working again. We have been waiting over a year to have it repaired and nothing at all.
