We just had a wonderful experience with GarageTek of Long Island. We've had our GarageTek system for 15 years and love it, but recently one of our cabinet brackets broke. We tried to order a replacement online, but the site wasn't working, so we called GarageTek and they sent us a package of four brackets for free. My wife dealt directly with owner Michelle, who was extremely friendly and helpful.
We worked with the team on our one car garage. They were very attentive and easy to work with. The garage came out incredible and when we needed one minor thing adjusted, they tended to it immediately. This garage solution is a dream for anyone who likes things organized! Cannot recommend enough.
Garage Tek totally exceeded my expectations. Mark and Michelle delivered on everything discussed. It was very easy process for me. My garage hadn’t been really cleaned since 1918 when the house was built. It was filled with everything I didn’t have a place for. Garage Tek was reasonably priced for everything they did. Highly recommend these honest people.
Had my garage redone recently and couldn’t be happier. The installers were so amazing - they did a great job and were so friendly. I had a last minute addition i wanted and the team was so helpful working with me and making it happen with no fuss. All around great experience.
