Original work was fine. I've read more recent reviews on-line that slam the company for incomplete work, inability to meet promised deadlines, and overcharges. That surprises me b/c we liked them and the original work looked good. But, in our experience, there is a failure to resolve problems that are easy fixes. Customers should not expect the company to honor the promised warranty. Even requests for simple fixes or the right materials to fix it ourselves seem to be ignored.
