This place is really nice because not only do you have your own garage, but you have access to a bathroom a shower waiting room with refrigerators. So if you were to spill coolant on you, there's a shower that you can take. I have a friend that rents one and has upstairs and downstairs. So he had a bathroom put in the downstairs. And the bed in upstairs. So if you have to burn the midnight oil you have no problem.
