We used Garages by Mitchco to build a 24 x 30 garage in the City of Broomfield. Fast, quality work and great communication.

10 STARS! Mitchco was an amazing experience from the day I reached out to him. We have never built anything and have been wanting to build a shop for many years. He listened to what we wanted and built exactly what we envisioned. Our custom shop is “top of the line” and we are more than pleased with his workmanship and professionalism. Mitch made the process very easy, from designing the shop, working with the City to get a building permit, and all the processes after. I would absolutely recommend Mitchco!

Long overdue sorry Mitch. I spoke with multiple contractors before choosing Garages by Mitchco for my 22x60 garage, and the difference was obvious from the beginning. Mitchco built a beautiful detached garage for us and we could not be more pleased with both the process and the outcome. Each step was prompt and well organized. Mitch and his team were always responsive and helpful when questions or requests arose. I wish we could hire them for all of our home improvement projects because this was the best experience we have ever had with a contractor. It is difficult to find quality workmanship these days so my thanks to Mitchco for providing the quality workmanship we are all looking for.

We are totally satisfied with our new outbuilding. Mitchco does exceptional work, worked with us throughout the process including the design and documentation required for our HOA approval, and ensured the building was exactly what we wanted. Mitch not only addressed any concerns in a timely manner and was customer service oriented, he also provided insight and experience. We would highly recommend Mitchco if you are looking to build an outbuilding.
