We are totally satisfied with our new outbuilding. Mitchco does exceptional work, worked with us throughout the process including the design and documentation required for our HOA approval, and ensured the building was exactly what we wanted. Mitch not only addressed any concerns in a timely manner and was customer service oriented, he also provided insight and experience. We would highly recommend Mitchco if you are looking to build an outbuilding.
We had a double car garage built by Mitchco and they did a perfect job. Once the administrative piece (Permits and such) is complete they get moving. Their craftsmanship is NOT compromised by their speed. Quick and very detail oriented. I will only recommend Mitchco for people needing a garage built.
When you look up the word "perfect" in the dictionary, you will see a picture of our new RV garage, built by Mitchco! The entire project from start to finish was absolutely perfect. Mitch, with his team and subcontractors, worked like a well-oiled machine. They are all top-notch and know what they are doing. Mitch and his crew built a new garage for us and were able to attach it seamlessly to our existing garage. Very clean professional job. Couldn't be more pleased with the job.
