The big garage door got stuck on the way down around 10:30pm. Called GT Access, sent them some photos and Eddie came out within ~20mins. I am so grateful he was able to put in a temporary fix and replaced the motor and realigned the “teeth” for the big garage door within 2 days. He kept us informed the whole time. It took out so much stress from the process. Thank you so much Eddie for your prompt service at that time of night at a reasonable price and your reassuring knowledge and service.
Andy fixed our problem in no time, we had the door stucked in the morning and he show up the first minute he can and resolve the problem with very reasonable price. Let's say, emergency service with excellent quality but not the 'emergency price tag'!! 10 out of 10, turn a problem to a pleasant experience!
