The chain on my LiftMaster Gate broke, leaving the gate to my driveway inoperable on a random Monday. I called Garage Tec around 5pm and they said they could have someone over the next day, morning or early afternoon. The technician called me at the start of my time window to let me know where he was and give me a more accurate time, which I appreciated. Technician Arthur arrived withjn an hour and diagnosed the issue and briefed what needs to be done to resolve the issue. Arthur was knowledgeable and provided recommendations on how to troubleshoot issues in the future and approach on periodic service.
