If I could give a minus star it would be a five star minus. Came to view job with a nice pickup. Wanted a large down-payment. Promised a time. Came a week late with broken down equipment and employees, first day on the job. This was an epoxy floor. The owner Bill, was to be here for the entire job, his promise. This did not happen. Bill and his staff were very professional and completed the work as shown in photos. The porch looks so much better, and their work was completed in a timely manner, as indicated during the conversations he had with us during the planning stages. He offered a variety of finishes for us to choose from. His staff were polite and left no mess for us to deal with after. We would recommend Garage Systems, and our neighbors have commented on how good it looks and wanted to know who had done it. Thank you Bill.
I immediately raised a concern with Bill after getting my garage done & he was quick to respond at first. It’s now been a year that I’ve been trying to get him to come & address the issues with no luck. There are some areas on my floor where he laid down too much clear coat which really stands out, some areas that are cracked along the cut lines which were never there before (I have proof with photos) as well as holes in my wall from missing the studs when they installed my slatwall that was never filled in/fixed. Bill came out last week to redo our garage floor. We had a fleck coloured floor laid with a durability and non slip. Very professional crew, would recommend them. Looks fantastic so we repainted our garage walls.
Bill and his team did a fantastic job on my garage floor. I should have installed years ago. Great value and completed quickly.
