Bought two Challenger hoists for my auto shop—really good experience working with Alex and the team. Everything went smoothly, and their service was top-notch. Highly recommend!
Billed a crazy amount for incomplete services. Our technician had to fix all the work they did on our lift and they didn’t even do everything we asked for. the sales guy was terrible at getting back to us, asked to buy other parts from them and they couldn’t even get me pricing, made us feel like we were an inconvenience. If you don’t want to do the work, then just say it. Poor service and communication. Won’t use them again.
