I discovered Garage Studio Fitness when searching for a local gym that would be a great fit to increase my strength and mobility. The initial consultation was fantastic and really informative. The staff has been incredibly supportive, flexible, patient and fun! Never been a gym member prior to this, (mostly out of fear of judgment and being clueless how to use the equipment) and Chris has been the absolute best. Kind, motivating and a great teacher. Not what I expected from a personal trainer and I couldn't be happier!
Garage studio fitness is an amazing business with caring leaders. They aren't there just to pressure you or push you into working harder, going faster or buying more classes. They care about the people they are training. They make all levels feel welcome. I'm personally using the weight training class. It's challenging and gives me a feeling of accomplishment afterwards. The teacher, Aaron, checks alignment, answers questions and cheers us on.
The best exercise experience I've ever had, this side of high school gym class ;). Personal training is customized, focused and comprehensive - without the open gym crowd found in most facilities. I really appreciate that privacy. I had the best of the trainers IMO (Chris), but all at GSF are friendly, laid back, coaching experts who know how to get the best out of you and set you on a path to optimal health.
Private lessons with the staff here are great! They make sure each workout is exactly what you need
