called yesterday and was told that a service man would come today between 12 and 5 PM. A few minutes past 12 I received a call from their serviceman Evan. Even showed up a few minutes later and proceeded to diagnose the problem, which turned out to be a broken spring. He also noted the rollers, which were original to the door weren't functioning correctly.
