4 stars in absolute terms simply because Vlad is busy and one must wait a week or two before being able to drop the car off. In relative terms however, i.e., compared to what I have had to deal with elsewhere, this place is great, hence the extra star. I suspect that those who gave it a low rating were either having a bad day or, perhaps, were expecting a massage, a waiting room, and a coffee. It's not that kind of place. They just fix cars at an affordable price.
